Sunrooms & outdoor living · MetroWest Boston

Our story

Your team.

Almost every room we build starts the same way: someone standing at a window, wishing they were a little closer to the outside.

Peter Lavenson has spent thirty-one years closing that gap — first across New England home improvement, then in the work that stuck: sunrooms, four-season rooms, and conservatories for homeowners across MetroWest Boston.

Four Seasons is a design-build company, which is a trade term for a simple idea: one company owns your whole project — the design, the permits, and the build. From the first sketch to the last trim board, nothing gets lost in a handoff, and nobody points at somebody else. Here's why that changes everything →

Built with care, from our family to yours.

That's the whole promise. We get the trim right, we answer the phone, and we stand behind the work. The build takes a few weeks. The way the room feels — morning coffee, the long afternoon light — is the part that lasts.

Ready for yours?
A sunlit sunroom with a sage loveseat looking out over the ocean, coffee on the table.
Over 25 years, and the goal hasn't changed — a room you keep ending up in.

The people

Every project answers to these three.

A room this personal gets built by people, for people. Here's who answers the phone, draws the room, and runs your job — start to finish.

Benjamin Bolivar

Project Management Assistant & Service Technician

Benjamin brings enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for learning to the New England Sunrooms team. Currently pursuing his Master’s degree in Project Management at Northeastern University, he is developing the skills needed to support projects from initial planning through successful completion while continuing to grow his knowledge of the construction industry.

His interest in building began at a young age, helping create kitchen gardens and working on hands-on projects that sparked an appreciation for craftsmanship. Before joining New England Sunrooms, Benjamin spent two years working as a plumber, where he gained valuable experience with residential construction, problem-solving, and customer service.

As a Project Management Assistant and Service Technician, Benjamin supports both our project management and service teams, assisting with project coordination, service visits, and ensuring homeowners receive responsive, attentive care. He enjoys learning from experienced teammates and believes that every project is an opportunity to build new skills and better serve our clients. Outside of work, Benjamin enjoys reading and is always looking for opportunities to expand his knowledge, both professionally and personally.

How it unfolds

Put together, it works like this.

  1. Design

We come to your home, listen to how you'd use the room, and design it to fit your house — the roofline, the light, the details.

  2. Permit

We handle the paperwork and the local reviews for your town — historic districts, conservation, zoning — so you don't have to.

  3. Build

We run the build, start to finish. One company is responsible for the whole thing, so it turns out the way it was drawn.

The short version

When our truck is in your driveway, the company that designed your room is running the build.

And these are the three people it answers to — who pick up the phone, walk the site, and care how it turns out. More than 25 years of getting it right. If you've been standing at that window, come talk to us.
