Sun & Stars puts insulated ConservaGlass NXT overhead — sky all day, stars at night. Sun & Shade is a solid insulated roof — softer light, cooler summers.
Choose Sun & Stars if the sky is the point; choose Sun & Shade if you want the light without the noon heat — most kitchens-adjacent rooms pick Shade, most plant rooms pick Stars.

It depends on how the room is built. A basic sunroom is best in the warmer months. If you want to use it all year, ask us about a four-season room, which is insulated and heated for New England winters.
Both are rooms made mostly of glass — the difference is how much architecture. A sunroom is the everyday version: big windows, a real roof, and the most flexibility in how you lay it out and use it.
