Sunroom Service & Repairs · MetroWest Boston

Repairs and service for the sunroom you already have

We repair Four Seasons, TEMO, Patio Enclosures, Brady Built, Lindal, Northern Sun, and Sunplace rooms — and sunrooms other companies built. Failed insulated glass, leaks others couldn't solve, worn screens, tired finishes — we find the cause and fix it.

One team, more than twenty-five years deep, across MetroWest Boston.

What it is

The room you have, made right again.

We service and repair existing sunrooms and enclosures — Four Seasons rooms and rooms from most other manufacturers, including TEMO, Patio Enclosures, Brady Built, Lindal, Northern Sun, and Sunplace. We replace fogged and failed insulated glass, solve leaks others couldn't, and address worn screens and general wear. If your sunroom isn't performing the way it should, we take a look and give you an honest read on what it needs.

An older sunroom that leaks, fogs up, or feels drafty stops getting used — and the longer a leak sits, the more it costs. Getting it looked at early is almost always the cheaper path.

What's included

  • An assessment visit to find the real cause, not just the symptom
  • Repairs for leaks, glass, screens, and general wear
  • An honest recommendation — repair when it makes sense, replace when it doesn't
  • Work by the same design-build team, so it's done to a real standard

The outcome: A sunroom that's comfortable and dry again — and an honest answer on whether to repair or plan for something new.

Why add one

Why call sooner rather than later.

Small problems stay small

A minor leak caught early is a minor repair. The same leak after two winters is structure, insulation, and flooring.

Any room, any builder

We service and repair sunrooms across MetroWest — including rooms we didn't build.

Honest triage

Sometimes the answer is a simple, inexpensive fix; sometimes it's planning for something new. We'll tell you which, straight.

A room in its prime — service keeps it there.

The way you live

You get the room back.

The room you've been quietly avoiding — the drafty one, the one with the fogged panel — goes back into the daily rotation. Morning coffee returns to where the light is.

And the low-grade worry goes with it: one call, a clear diagnosis, and the room just works again.

Service & repair guide

A clearer path from problem to next step

Problems we inspect

The symptom does not always reveal the source. We look at the room as a system before recommending a repair.

  • Water coming in around roof panels, wall connections, windows, doors, or drainage paths
  • Fogged, cracked, or damaged glass and glazing components
  • Drafts, worn seals, sticking doors, and windows that no longer close correctly
  • Torn screens, tired hardware, and visible wear around the enclosure
  • Condensation or comfort problems that need a closer look before anyone calls them a leak

Repair or replace? Start with the cause

A focused repair can make sense when the structure is sound and the problem is isolated. A larger renovation or replacement may be the better use of your money when several systems are failing, compatible parts are unavailable, or the room no longer fits how you want to use it.

  • We separate urgent water-entry issues from cosmetic wear.
  • We look for patterns, not just the first visible stain or failed panel.
  • We explain what we found and whether a targeted repair is a sensible next step.
  • If replacement deserves a conversation, we say so before you keep spending on short-term fixes.

What to expect from a service request

Tell us what is happening, where you see it, and when it started. Photos are helpful, but an on-site assessment is usually the best way to understand an older sunroom.

  • Share the room's age, known manufacturer, and any prior repair history if you have it.
  • Point out when the issue appears—for example, only during wind-driven rain or cold weather.
  • Our team inspects the affected area and the nearby connections that may be contributing.
  • We discuss the recommended next step and the likely scope before repair work moves forward.

Sunroom brands we repair

We repair and maintain sunrooms from most major manufacturers — rooms we built, and plenty we didn't. If you're not sure who made yours, that's fine; we identify the system at the visit.

  • Four Seasons — including ConservaGlass panels, roof glass, and hardware
  • TEMO sunrooms and enclosures
  • Patio Enclosures rooms
  • Brady Built sunrooms
  • Lindal rooms and cedar-framed sunrooms
  • Northern Sun sunrooms
  • Sunplace sunrooms
  • And rooms with no badge left on them at all — we identify the system on site

Don't know the brand of your room? Send us a few photos and the approximate age — we'll recognize the system and tell you what it needs.

The only decision that really matters here — repair or replace — is exactly what the inspection answers, in plain terms, with numbers.

Sunroom Service & Repairs · questions

Questions homeowners ask

Do you service sunrooms your company didn't build?

Yes. We repair and service existing sunrooms and enclosures across MetroWest, whoever built them. We start with an assessment to find the real cause before we recommend the fix.

Do you repair Four Seasons sunrooms?

Yes — Four Seasons rooms are core to our service work. We handle ConservaGlass panels, roof glass, seals, doors, and hardware, and we know the system inside out.

Do you service TEMO, Patio Enclosures, Brady Built, Lindal, Northern Sun, or Sunplace sunrooms?

Yes — all of them, plus most other manufacturers, whoever built yours. We start with an assessment to identify the system and find the real cause before recommending a fix. Parts availability depends on the manufacturer, so we confirm that up front rather than promise a specific repair sight unseen.

My sunroom's glass fogged up between the panes — can that be fixed?

That's a failed insulated glass seal, and yes — we replace fogged or failed insulated glass units. We confirm the panel type at the visit, since availability depends on the room's system.

Another company couldn't stop my sunroom from leaking — can you?

Often, yes. Leaks get misdiagnosed because the water shows up far from where it actually gets in. We trace it to the real source — roof panels, wall connections, flashing, or drainage — instead of chasing the stain.

Should I repair my old sunroom or replace it?

We'll give you a straight answer. Some issues are a simple repair; others mean the room is near the end of its life and your money is better spent on something new. We tell you which, honestly.

Does condensation mean my sunroom is leaking?

Not always. Condensation can form when warm, moist indoor air meets a colder surface. We look at where the moisture appears and the conditions around it before deciding whether the cause is condensation, failed glass, or water getting in from outside.

Can you replace fogged glass, screens, or worn parts?

We assess glass, screens, seals, and hardware as part of the service visit. What can be replaced depends on the room's system and whether compatible parts are still available, so we confirm that before promising a specific repair.

What should I send with a repair request?

Tell us your town, the room's approximate age, what is happening, and when you notice it. Wide photos of the room plus close photos of the problem can help us prepare for the assessment.
