What kinds of outdoor structures do you build?

Louvered-roof pergolas — motorized aluminum structures whose louvers pivot from open sky to solid shade, and close into a rain roof. We design each one to match your home and your yard, then build it to hold up to New England weather. We don't build open-top timber pergolas.

Can a pergola tie into my patio or future sunroom?

Yes. Because we design and build the whole thing, we can plan outdoor living so it works with an existing patio — or with a sunroom you're considering down the road.

Do I need a building permit?

Sometimes. It depends on your town, the size, and whether the structure attaches to the house — we check the rules for your address and file whatever's needed. You don't chase paperwork for a pergola.

How long does installation take?

Far faster than a room — often days on site once materials arrive. You'll get a real schedule for your yard at the consultation.

How much does a louvered pergola cost?
