A LifeRoom is Four Seasons' outdoor living room: a covered room whose motorized screens raise and lower at the touch of a button. Add the Cool Mist and Soft Breeze systems and evening LED lighting, and the patio becomes a room you actually use — from spring's first warm evening to fall's last one.
Patios go unused for the dumbest reasons — bugs at dusk, glare at noon, one hot afternoon. A LifeRoom removes the reasons one button at a time, without giving up the open air that made you want a patio in the first place.

Yes — lowered, the retractable screens fully enclose the room, and they block up to 95% of UV while they're at it. Raised, you're back to open air.
